Innovation in Action

Associazione Spazio Etneo is proud to have taken part as a partner in the training course “Innovation in Action: Facilitating with Non-Formal Power”, organized by the Romanian organization “Asociația Se Poate 🇷🇴”. This initiative, developed in collaboration with nine partner countries under the Erasmus+ Programme – Key Action 1, focused on non formal education and innovative methodologies.

📅 The training took place from 23 to 31 July 2025, in Predeal, Romania, bringing together 18 youth workers from across Europe aimed at empowering young people and leaders and strengthening the quality and impact of youth work across Europe.

🇮🇹 Our Italian team, Elisa and Valerio, took part in the project with great energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity. Throughout the week, they actively engaged in all the sessions, contributing ideas, reflections, and positive energy to the international group. They explored and created their innovative non-formal methodologies, such as the “Privilege Walk”, which encouraged participants to reflect on daily basis.

💡 The training course was built around non-formal education methods, combining experiential learning, group reflections, creative workshops, and interactive simulations. These dynamic approaches encouraged participants to explore innovative facilitation tools, exchange ideas with peers, and co-create new strategies to make youth work more engaging, inclusive, and impactful.
